"6-Second Morning Ritual"
Transformed My Life!

At Age 45, I was 5'6 and 214 Pounds-Feeling Hopeless.
If you'd told me I'd be hiking the Royal Arch Trail in Boulder in 6 months, I wouldn't have believed you. But I did that yesterday!
My Weight Was Stealing My Life!
When my husband and I were younger, we planned to move to Boulder. We love the great outdoors and had always dreamed of living so close to hiking trails that we could go every weekend!
But I ruined our plans.
After all, I've given birth to 2 beautiful children, and each one added about 20 to my overall size. After every birth, I felt heavier, more exhausted, and more disconnected from the person I used to be.
I dreaded looking in the mirror. My cloths didn't fit. My body felt foreign.
I was tired before my day even got started-getting dressed felt like a workout, and I dreaded walking up the stairs.
I had no time for the gym, no energy for long walks, and no patience for food plans that never work.
My grandchildren didn't want me to play because they knew I couldn't keep up.
My friends didn't invite me to do anything fun because I couldn't even walk 20 steps without panting.
My husband hiked alone because I slowed him down-and the worst part? I saw it in his eyes. I knew he loved me, but I didn't look like the woman he fell in love with anymore. And I couldn't blame him.
Then One Day, Everything Changed...

Enjoying the outdoors is my new favorite activity. When I do decide to stay home, it's by choice-not because my body holds me back.
